포스트 코로나 시대의 감염 윤리
이 글은 전 지구적 감염병인 코로나19 확산에 따른 여러 문제 가운데 인문학적 논의를 주제로 삼는다. 병의 발생과 치료라는 과학의 영역을 감싸고 있는 수많은 가치 판단 가운 데 명시적으로 떠오르는 주제를 열거한다. 세계적인 유행병에 대응하는 국가차원의 태도 를 인권, 타자, 이방인, 환자, 존엄성, 소수자, 자국민 보호, 지역 이기주의와 연관하여 다 룬다. 이는 사회적 합의를 전제로 하면서도 일종의 윤리적 문제로 성립한다. 바이러스에 대한 공포는 그것의 이해로 나가고, 그것의 이해는 마침내 공감으로 형성된다 코로나 사태는 인간의 박약함을 육체적인 . 면만이 아니라 정신적인 면에서도 드러나게 했다. 더불어 사회적 정의, 문화적 포용성, 경제적 불평등, 가치관의 변화, 종교적 의례와 실천이라는 주제를 철학적 논의의 대상으로 가져다주었다. 그것들은 코로나 윤리학, 넓게는 감염 윤리의 주제다. 감염 윤리학은 우리가 집단면역이 필수불가결한 존재임을 적시하 여 인류적 차원에서 포스트 코로나 시대의 새로운 기준(new normal)을 생각하게 한다.
The Contagion Ethics of Post Covid-19 Era
This paper treats some discussions of humanities on pandemic Covid-19. There are many obvious issues of value judgement around the scientific realm concerned in the outbreak and cure of disease. The national attitude of human rights, others, aliens, patients, minorities, protection of domestic people, regional selfism against the pandemic would be dealt. It is based on the social consensus related with ethical problems. The fear on virus goes to the understanding on it, and the understanding lastly becomes the sympathy. The pandemic situation reveals human weakness not only in the physical side but also in the mind side. Furthermore, philosopher must be faced by subjects of social justice, cultural tolerance, economic unequality, change of a sense of value, regional rites and its practice. Those are themata of Covid Ethics, that widely is, the Contagion Ethics. It shows we are the beings of herdimmunity, and also let us think about new normal of post covid era under the standard of humankind.
