This paper is a study of communication problems in the philosophy of Moutza, first, looking at the process of structuring an argumentative theory system for the communication of Moutza, and then focusing on communication that puts the theories derived through the argument into practice. Moutza focuses on stabilizing the lives of the people by making righteousness by the meaning of heaven a communicative essence, making reliance, working and practicing a function of communication. By placing the relational language that forms communication in the ruling, it extends the ruling into an internal and external ruling's argumentation consciousness system. This creates a practical value, benefited by appearing as a knowledge expressed by human beings in contact with things. The logic for the communication of Moutza is based on practicalism (utility), and the resultant way of thinking is systematically theorized. Righteousness, the core of communication, resolves three worries that hinder the basic needs of the people, resulting in mutual benefit. In particular, Moutza compares epistemology to the dyeing thread, making human selfish thoughts become dyed with the theoretical system of communication (義(right)-事(work)-實(practice)-治(rule))-利(benefit)-染(dyeing) and finally purposed to spread the society with a comfortable and easy life that stabilizes the people’s life and peace with the theory of humility (love without discrimination) and mutual benefit and by defending from war.
